TC2 Home Plans: The 'Farm Hill Collection'

This plan is the first in a series of Farmhouse plans from TC2 Design.  With 2800 SF of Living space and large outdoor areas, this plan has something for everyone.  We are suggesting wide plank wood floors, with some brick tiles in the Center Hall.   Simple but wide mouldings, wainscoting and wood ceilings in the Gathering Room would add to the country house lifestyle.  Both wings have a sloped ceiling with shed dormer skylights that would drop light into the room below.   Old Farmhouse charm with current floorplans and features are what we are striving for with these designs.
